I love finding out that things I buy on a regular basis can be EASILY made at home for a fraction of the cost (and healthier too!). My recipe of the day? Lemon Miso Hummus. With a handful of ingredients and a food processor or blender, you can whip up a tasty snack in no time!
Lemon Miso Hummus
- 1 – 14.5 oz can garbanzo beans, rinsed
- juice of one large lemon
- 1 Tablespoon Tahini
- 1 Tablespoon White Miso
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp ginger, minced (or grated)
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Enjoy with flat bread or veggies!
