Thai Turkey Burger

I’m always looking for fun spin on burgers, so when I came across this recipe for a Thai Chicken Burger, I knew this would be the perfect treat to make for a family pool day!

I couldn’t find ground chicken, so I subbed ground turkey which tasted just as good!

Make extra salsa if you can… it’s THAT good!

The peanut sauce is also out of this world!
