My girlfriend Kelsey introduced me to the amazing Elsie Green studio and all of their amazing goodies. Elsie Green is a family run company that curates gorgeous, sustainable finds from all over the globe. Hand woven totes from Marakkech? Vintage champagne coupes from a cafe in France? Vintage kanthas made from Indian saris? Look no further.
Each and every piece tells a story, and my favorite part (aside from their desire to work towards a desirable home, and their one of kind inventory) is their amazing partnership with 1% for the Plant – who doesn’t like to do some good and give back will shopping!?

Cucumber Lemon Fizz
- 1/4 sliced cucumbers (I used Persian cucumbers)
- 1 oz vodka
- juice of half a lemon (I used a Meyer lemon)
- splash of St. Germain
- club soda
- Muddle cucumber in a cocktail shaker.
- Add vodka, St. Germain, and lemon juice.
- Fill with ice and shake until shaker is frosted.
- Strain into an ice filled glass and garnish with cucumber slice.
